Summer Camps
Summer Camp Lunch

This is a purchased lunch offering for RMT campers. Lunch options consist of various local fast food restaurants (past offerings have included Domino's, Jimmy John's, and Publix chicken sandwiches).
- This is intended for FULL DAY camp participants. Students in Play Making are eligible ONLY if they are attending both a morning and afternoon session in a week.
- If you would like to purchase lunch for multiple weeks, you must register for each week separately.
- Please note, financial aid is not applicable to this amenity.
Lunch Purchase is not available for camps in Chelsea and Alabaster.
Extended Care

This is an option for working guardians to drop off students early, and pick up late, to accommodate their work schedules. Drop off as early as 7:30 am, and pick up as late as 5:30 pm.
- This option is intended for FULL DAY camp participants.
- Please register for each week you wish to take advantage of this amenity.
- Play Making participants (ages 4-6) may only opt for early drop off (for a 9-12 session) OR late pick up (for a 12:30-3:30 session). They are only eligible for both extended care options if they are participating in both Play Making sessions within a week.
Extended Care is not available for camps in Chelsea and Alabaster.
Play Making: Arendelle Adventure

Ages: 4 - 6
May 27th - 30th from 9 - 12 pm (Please note there is no class on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.)
Ages 4-6
Budding artists let their imaginations run wild while they creatively explore theatrical storytelling. These half-day classes are designed to cultivate inventiveness as students learn the basics of theatre through collaboration and creative play. This week's camp will transport students to the Kingdom of Arendelle to cool off in the heat of the summer!
Your child must be able to use the bathroom unassisted.
Triple Threats: Princess Hits
with Sam Hodges & Gracie Abee

Ages: 6 - 8
May 27th - 30th from 9:00 - 4:00 pm (Please note there is no class on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.)
Ages 6-8
Triple Threats is a preparatory education program for young people wishing to learn the basics of becoming a “triple threat” musical theatre performer: singing, acting, and dancing. During the week-long camp, students will learn 3-5 production numbers to be performed at the end of the week for friends and family. In preparing for a sharing, students practice ensemble building, discipline, and memorization skills that they can take with them to their scholastic work. This week is all about rocking out to the top songs from our favorite Princesses!
The students will be split into 2 groups of 15 students. If you would like to request that your student be placed in the same group as their friend or sibling who may not be the same age, please send us an email at education@redmountaintheatre.org.
Theme Camp: Royalty

Ages: 7 - 12
May 27th - 30th from 9:30 - 4:30 pm (Please note there is no class on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.)
Ages 7-12
By cultivating original characters, students will explore a kingdom of their own making! Have you ever wondered what is would be like to be a prince or princess? King or queen? Now’s your chance to step into some royal shoes (or glass slippers) and wear the crown of your own original character. At the end of the week, students use their newly learned acting and characterization skills in a sharing for family and friends. Through imagination and creativity, you’ll learn basic theatre fundamentals and have a great time!
The students will be split into 3 groups of 15-25 students based on age. If you would like to request that your student be placed in the same group as their friend or sibling who may not be the same age, please send us an email at education@redmountaintheatre.org.
Play Making: Mischief with Maui

May 27th - 30th from 12:30 - 3:30 pm (Please note there is no class on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.)
Ages 4-6

These half-day classes are designed to cultivate inventiveness as students learn the basics of theatre through collaboration and creative play. This week's camp will transport students to the Island of Motunui where they will set off on an adventure with Maui and Moana!

Play Making: The Lion King

Ages: 4 - 6
June 2nd - 6th from 9 - 12 pm
Ages 4-6

These half-day classes are designed to cultivate inventiveness as students learn the basics of theatre through collaboration and creative play. This week's camp will allow students to set out on a safari with Simba, Nala, and all of their friends as they sing and dance to classic songs from The Lion King!
